Laura oversees the daily editorial production of the magazine, while also developing long-term projects and goals. She loves coming up with new ways to share the magazine's resources, and hearing about the many ways Toastmasters has changed people's lives. When not working, she enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, and hanging out with her family and two dogs.

Paul Sterman

Senior Editor, Executive and Editorial Content

Paul writes, edits, and works with contributors for the magazine, helping to share inspiring stories of members around the world. He has written articles on topics ranging from Toastmasters in sports to World Champions of Public Speaking. Outside of work, he enjoys family time and reading time.

Laura Mishkind

Associate Editor

Laura writes, assigns, and edits articles. She also researches and curates story ideas and assists with social media and marketing content. In addition to creating magazine content, she manages the editorial review process, monthly magazine email announcement, and special projects. When she's not searching for engaging stories, Laura enjoys hiking, playing with her dog, watching sports, and reading.

Mackenzie Eldred

Editorial Coordinator

Mackenzie writes, edits, and fact checks articles, and helps select photos for the Traveling Toastmaster and Snapshot sections. She also assists with administrative tasks, including organizing team meetings and managing freelancer information. When she isn't working, Mackenzie enjoys reading, hiking, putting puzzles together, and traveling.
